Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://partytentrentalmarrero.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, A' CHE Tents and TP Parties markets and arranges Event Tent Rental, Glamping Party Setup, Party Decor Rental, Party Tent Rental, Sleepover Tent Setup. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://partytentrentalmarrero.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of A' CHE Tents and TP Parties or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Warranty Disclaimer. A' CHE Tents and TP Parties makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of A' CHE Tents and TP Parties arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A' CHE Tents and TP Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. LA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in LA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
